Creation of Alert Cards is a Three Step Process

  1. Fill in form to describe your card as instructions for AI as a “Prompt”
  2. Click and Open ChatGPT
    • Paste the Prompt
      • JUST SAY NO
        AI says “Understood. Please upload a reference image of yourself if you want me to generate an accurate image. Once I have that, I will strictly follow your detailed rendering instructions exactly as provided”.
      • Answer other questions
    • Click Enter (Up Arrow)
  3. When Image is displayed
    • Check Card is correct! AI makes mistakes
    • Correct images, spelling …(See Below)
  4. Card Right?
    Right Click Image and Save

How to Correct Errors

AI can misinterpret context, misunderstand nuance, make errors, or generate outdated info. Correct errors after image generated by clarifying prompts, updating data sources, and providing specific, detailed instructions.

  • Misspelling: In the prompt box, “Change xyz to abc” and regenerate the image.
  • Image Wrong:
    • Find the JPG image you need.
    • Resize the image to 150 pixels x 150 pixels.
    • Upload image (plus sign)
    • In the prompt box, “Change image X with the uploaded image.
